Refund/ Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling & Vehicle Modification: Modifications to the date or vehicle are permitted only if requested 24 hours in advance of the scheduled vehicle arrangement.
- Communication: Our team will be available at the airport to assist you during both your arrival and departure. Additional information, including contact details and specific instructions, will be communicated to you prior to the conference.
- Payments: All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation: No refunds will be provided in the event of a cancellation.
