Registration Policy

Early bird rates are available until 31 July 2025. After this date, standard Registration Fees will apply.
Delegates who do not wish to attend the full conference may register for a Single Day or Two Days only. Please select the appropriate option during registration.
Upon successful registration, attendees will receive an Email Confirmation containing their registration details and a Unique Attendee ID. Please bring this confirmation (printed or digital) to the registration desk at the event.
If a registration is found to be in violation of the registration guidelines, the organizers reserve the right to reject the registration.
The specific registration fees will apply to the date that payment is made.
Registration fees paid are strictly non-refundable. However, replacements will be permitted.

The registration fee for Accompanying Person is SGD 200.
Accompanying Person are not required to register to enter the conference premises.
Accompanying Person who wish to attend the Opening Reception, Gala Dinner, and other Social Events must be registered
Accompanying Person who wish to attend the scientific conference program should register themselves as a Delegate instead.
To register an Accompanying Person, the delegate must be registered under the Full Registration Category.
Delegates registering for a Single Day or Two Days attendance are not eligible to bring Accompanying Person.
Each Delegate can only register and bring one Accompanying Person.
