The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a 166-year-old tropical garden located at the fringe of the Orchard Road shopping district in Singapore. It is one of three gardens, and the only tropical garden, to be honored as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It is a well-defined cultural landscape which includes a rich variety of historic landscape features, plantings and buildings that clearly demonstrate the evolution of the Botanic Gardens.

You can explore the vibrant National Orchid Garden, find serenity at both the Swan Lake and Symphony Lake, or learn about forest ecosystems in the various forests and gardens:
